RPIS has developed powerful web-based software for both brokers and agents. They can be purchased separately or in a bundle package. Select which ones will work best for you.

Please Note: The RPIS suite of web products is currently only available to companies wishing to implement them as an add-on for their own intranet site. The web based products will not be available to individual agents to purchase until the second quarter of 2007.

	This unique analysis tool allows brokers to collection market share information directly from their MLS. This information is an invaluable for agent recruitment, and long term strategic planning. MLS Download imports data directly from an MLS using the automated MLS telecommunications module, and includes multiple MLS Support. The Broker can choose from a wide variety of report and graph options. Graphs may even be customized while viewing them. Target market provides detailed analysis of market activity in numerous graphical and text report formats. The flexible use of downloaded information is used to analyze by company, office, agent or affiliation. Brokers can compile agent market share activity for review meetings or recruitment efforts.

	RPIS services help Brokers and other organizations manage their outsourcing of MLS data acquisition. We provide daily update of new and revised listings with custom data delivery available. Brokers, Agents and Portals sites can power their web site with broker and agent listing data, or data provided by the MLS’s IDX Broker Reciprocity solution. Data solutions can also feed listing data for VOW and WAN & WAP Back Office integration. We provide Custom MLS Broker/Agent inventory solutions. Any data feed can be totally customized to meet their data needs. We can also provide Market Share information for Broker, Office and Agent productivity.
