RPIS, Inc. is an independent software developer providing productivity software and services to the real estate industry, which interfaces with various automated Multiple Listing Systems. RPIS, Inc. was formed in 1989 to provide Agent and Broker productivity software products to the Real Estate industry. Our programs provide MLS subscribers the ability to take advantage of the wealth of information available from an on-line service, using a standard PC in the office or at home.

Data Aggregation services provided by RPIS can help manage the outsourcing of MLS data acquisition. We provide daily 
 
updates of new and revised listings with custom data delivery available. Brokers, Agents and Portals sites can power their web site with broker and agent listing data, or data provided by the MLS’s IDX Broker Reciprocity solution. Data solutions can also feed listing data for WAN & WAP Back Office integration. We provide Custom MLS Broker/Agent inventory solutions. Any data feed can be totally customized to meet their data needs. We can also provide Market Share information for Broker, Office and agent productivity.

RPIS is in the process of redeveloping our products. We plan to deploy these new products as additional offerings of Broker and Agent software, using a browser based subscription model. We are using the Microsoft .NET suite of products to develop and deploy these new offerings. We will also expand the data aggregation management system using a development architecture based on the same architecture.

RPIS, Inc. has over 12 years of experience in the collection, processing and dissemination of MLS listing data. RPIS specializes in the standardization of data across multiple MLS’s. These standards include classes and types, statuses and feature codes.
